We can help players with identifying the complexities of the swing plane or build solid pitching mechanics. All of our instructors have played collegiately and possess the accolades and experience to help improve your softball skills.
Seventh Inning Softball™ also has state-of-the-art video equipment licensed by MLB to analyze a player’s swing and pitching motion. We recognize that visual teaching is an important part of softball, so capturing yourself on tape and having the right equipment and instruction to break it down is an invaluable asset.

HitTrax
We utilize the state-of-the-art HitTrax machine during our lessons to provide our players with real-time analytics and measurements to give hitters immediate feedback of their swings. The HitTrax hitting system is capable of measuring your exit velocity, distance, launch angle, and much more.
